AGF Form

 

The form AGF is a document required upon registration

   AGF is the form the document containing the insurance that is included in the license FFG.

This insurance is inseparable from the license, its cost is included in the fee that you pay at the club.

      what needs to be done:

        1.

           Fill out the coupon at the end of AGF form and make it with other documents at registration.
        2.

           Keep the rest that's your contract, it is valid for the entire season is from September 1 to August 31 the following year.
        3.

           If you subscribe additional options, fill in the upper part of the form and send it with your payment to the FFG in Paris, your check is drawn to the order of AGF.
